With its ruling of 12 May 1998, the district court of Hamburg concluded that whosoever publicises a link shall be potentially co-liable for the content of the linked Internet pages. According to the district court, this can only be prevented by explicitly dissociating oneself from these contents. We have placed links to other Internet sites on our Internet pages. For all these links the following applies: We expressly emphasise that we have no influence on the design and content of the linked pages. We, therefore, expressly dissociate ourselves from all content of all linked sites. This declaration applies to all links on our sites and to all content of the pages to which the banners and links lead.
